IT Support Request Process

If you have a technology problem (PC, Network, Software, Mobile, Telephony) and you require assistance, please use one of the following options:

  • Contact your local internal contact for guidance and/or approval
  • Send an email to support @ vmg.zendesk.com OR go to vmg.zendesk.com and select “Submit a Request” from the menu options
  • If you do not have access to email or the Internet or it is an URGENT issue,
    you can call 1-844-864-7878
